By accessing or using TripClip (tripclip.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses TripClip, whether as a guest or registered user.
Service Description
TripClip is a travel guide platform that transforms travel vlogger content into interactive city guides. Our services include:
- Interactive city guides built from analyzed travel vlog content
- AI-powered trip itinerary generation
- Drag-and-drop trip planner with sharing capabilities
- Affiliate booking links for hotels, flights, tours, and eSIM providers
- Newsletter with weekly travel recommendations
User Accounts
You may use certain features of TripClip as a guest without creating an account. To save trips and access personalized features, you need to register via email, Google, or Apple OAuth.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TripClip to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform through automated means without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality or security
- Upload malicious code, spam, or inappropriate content
Intellectual Property
TripClip's curated city guides, platform design, logo, and original content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
User-generated trip itineraries remain your intellectual property. By saving trips on TripClip, you grant us a limited license to store and display them as part of the service.
Vlogger Content
TripClip embeds publicly available YouTube videos using YouTube's standard embed functionality, in compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service and API policies.
Location data extracted from videos by our AI represents transformed, factual information (place names, coordinates, categories) and does not reproduce the creative expression of the original videos.
Content creators can request removal of their content from TripClip at any time through our Content Removal form or by contacting hello@tripclip.com.
AI-Generated Content
TripClip uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) to generate itineraries and extract location data from videos. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated travel recommendations. Prices, opening hours, availability, and conditions may change without notice.
Always verify critical travel information (visa requirements, safety alerts, booking details) with official sources before traveling.
Affiliate Links & Third-Party Services
TripClip contains affiliate links to third-party services including Booking.com, Skyscanner, GetYourGuide, Airalo, and HolaFly. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites. Your interactions with affiliate partners are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.
Limitation of Liability
TripClip is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TripClip, including but not limited to: travel disruptions, booking issues, financial losses, or reliance on AI-generated recommendations.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of TripClip shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
Termination
You may stop using TripClip and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use TripClip ceases immediately. Trip data associated with your account may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
For EU users: nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
