How Affiliate Links Work
Affiliate links on TripClip look and function like regular links. When you click one, you are redirected to the partner's website — sometimes through an affiliate network like CJ Affiliate — with a tracking parameter that identifies TripClip as the referral source.
The partner (or affiliate network) then tracks whether you make a purchase within a set period (typically 30 days) and credits TripClip with a commission. CJ Affiliate may set a cookie ('cjevent') on your device to track this referral. Your personal data is not shared with partners through this process beyond what is necessary for commission attribution.
Editorial Independence
Our affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial decisions. City guides, vlogger features, and location recommendations are based entirely on vlogger content analysis — not on which partners offer the highest commissions.
We recommend services that genuinely add value to your travel experience. If a service has an affiliate program, we will use the affiliate link. If it doesn't, we still link to it if it's useful.
