How We Use Vlogger Content
TripClip analyzes publicly available YouTube travel vlogs using AI (Google Gemini) to extract factual location data — place names, coordinates, categories, and timestamp references.
We embed YouTube videos using YouTube's official embedded player, which is permitted under YouTube's Terms of Service. We do not download, host, or redistribute video content.
The location data we extract is factual and transformative in nature — it represents geographic facts (e.g., "Restaurant X is located at Y address") rather than creative expression.
Vlogger Rights
As a content creator featured on TripClip, you have the right to:
- Request removal of your profile, videos, and all associated location data at any time
- Request correction of any inaccurate information about you or your content
- Opt out of being featured on TripClip entirely

Content Removal
To request content removal, use our Content Removal form. We process all requests within 30 days, though most are completed within 72 hours.
For GDPR/KVKK right-to-erasure requests, all personal data associated with the creator is permanently deleted.
